October 1999:- 30th of October in front of a crowd of 1568 Airdrie beat, the scum of the earth, Ayr United 2-1 S.McCormick, G. Evans getting the goals.

October 1998:- 25th of October In front of an attendance of over 21000 Airdrie were beaten 5-0 by Rangers in the League Cup.

• 31st of October we beat Stranraer 3-2 S Cooper and A McCann (X2) getting the winning goals

October 1997:- 25th of October, goals from P. Jack and P. Connolly gave us a 2-0 away win against St Mirren

October 1996:- 26th of October, A four nil win over  East Fife for Airdrie with goals from Davies, Eadie, Lawrence and Mcphee

October 1995:- 25th of October Semi-finals of the league cup Airdrie are beaten 2-1 by Dundee, Duffield scored our only goal.

• 28th of October the second of our double header against Dundee sees us once again beaten. This time 3-2 and Duffield scored both the goals.

October 1994:- 25th of October 7400 fans watch a game at McDairmid park in the semi-finals of the League Cup, Airdrie are beaten by Raith Rovers 5-4 on penalties. The game being drawn 1-1 at full time. S Cooper scored our goal.

• 29th of October Airdrie beat Hamilton 1-0 with A Smith getting the only goal.

October 1993:- 30th of October sees Airdrie being beat 3-2 by Hamilton our goals were scored by Honour and Lawrence.

October 1992:- 24th of October beat 2-0 by Celtic in the Premier League.

• 31st of October beaten by Aberdeen 2-1 our goal scored by Balfour.

October 1991:- On the 26th of October Airdrie were beaten by Dundee United in a 3-2 defeat that saw K. Black getting our only goal

October 1990:- 27th of October Airdrie Vs Falkirk in which we lost 2-1 our goal scorer was Watson

October 1989:- 30th October 4-1 winners against Forfar our goals were scored by S. Conn, W Irvine (x2) and an O.G

October 1988:- 29th of October Airdrie gets a 1-1 draw against Forfar our only goal was scored by K MacDonald

October 1987:- 24th of October sees Airdrie beating Queen of the South 5-1 V. Moore (2,1pen), C. Campbell (2),D.McCabe

• 27th of October sees a 4-4 draw against Forfar C. Campbell  (2), D. McCabe(2).
