Another four games, another four points is this an acceptable return for the Diamonds in September?

During the review of August I expected/ hoped we would come away with six points from our games with Queen of the South, Clyde, Ross County and St Mirren. I had hoped our two home games against Queen of the South would have given us the points but instead we did things the hard way.

The team have put us through the wringer this month knocking Clyde of the top of the league and taking a point at Love Street have been the highlights of the month but the two home performances have left a lot to be desired.

Wow, simple I want three points from these fixtures, hopefully this will be achieved with  a home win against Hamilton this Saturday coming. The other three games are going to be very difficult. My biggest fear is Falkirk already hammered by them this season a ,massive home defeat would be a total disaster.
Another good performance against Partick Thistle and St Johnstone would be a bonus and now we have most of our first team back in working order who knows we may be able to pull something out of the bag.

Overview

The extra  two points I had predicted last month would have put us in mid-table instead we are sitting in eight, I'm not to disappointed though our win over Clyde and the Draw against St Mirren turned the month from a complete disaster in to period of progression. If we can keep some of the returning players fit, who knows where this month can take us.
