Everyone seems to be taking this game very seriously and since were all football fans I suppose that's to be expected. But in truth were Champions so who cares what the score is?

6-1 still hurts it seems and Airdrie want just a little bit of retribution for the score in November last year, and for this if no other reason Airdrie will try to make sure Morton Suffer.
Sandy has hinted that there may be a change in formation for this game, but I can only speculate that we may switch to a 4-3-3 just to put as much pressure on Morton, of late, pathetic defence.
Airdrie have no knew injury worries or suspension to concern the team so it will be business as usual.
On every website Sandy is quoted as saying "we will be taking this game very seriously" does this reassure the Hamilton support? Do we care?
Am I the only one who thinks we should be giving our reserves a run out tomorrow and showing Morton what the 6-1 loss really means to the Champions of the Bells 2nd Division?

John McCormack, If he was manager of Airdrie at the moment I would say his position with the club is untenable If his own players have done what is alleged he should make sure they're hung drawn a quartered and their heads hung from poles outside Cappilow. To strong? I think not.

But it's not our place to comment on the running of other clubs is it?

Morton come to Airdrie, the home of the Champions of the Bells 2nd Division, hoping for a miracle, will it happen?

In truth what happens at New Broomfield tomorrow may count for nought if Hamilton win at Forfar.

Secrecy surrounds the Morton squad selection this week and the only information may be a selection problem for John McCormack as his first choice goal keeper Craig Coyle is rumoured to be injured.

This must be an important game to some people as we have been given a high ranking official for todays game. I mean out of 34 games only once before has Mr young ventured as low as the 2nd division, strangely enough it was another one of our games, which we won 3-0 over Hamilton having only Docherty yellow carded. I am going to retract part of that last statement as he did referee a game not so long ago between Brechin and Ayr so technically?

 

 

 Prediction

I'm struggling to get my mind around us getting the Bells 2nd Division Championship trophy at the end of the game that the 3-0 win for Airdrie doesn't really matter that much, I'm sure that will change as the goals start going in though.
