Airdrie No wins, two draws and three losses against our near neighbours do not make very good reading. Let’s hope that Sandy has the boys up for this one and we can take our first win against the Accies.

Airdrie have no new injury worries coming up to this match but Alan McManus again misses it due to his continuing suspension. I had hoped he would have returned for this one but with the weather in Forfar putting our weekend game off it may be down to Scott Wilson to provide the height in the centre of the defence.

After the display against bottom of the league Stenhousemuir, I don’t think many of us would be too worried if Sandy decided to stick with the same team.

There is no doubt this will be a hard game especially when it will mean either team could go second in the league behind the now flagging Morton.

The ground will be frozen and the game will be off, alternatively I think it will be 2-1 to the Diamonds and our first hard fought victory over the Accies.
