Following last years debacle with Falkirk, it seems that once again Airdrie fans are going to be put through the wringer as Clyde do their best to secure promotion into the Self Preservation League.

But yet again it seems that teams are living the dream without first confirming the details.

It’s amazing that after making the statement on Friday Billy Carmichael of Clyde has been un-available for comment when faced with the facts.

The faster our deal with Dudley is completed the better maybe then this speculation would stop.

The bigger surprise in all of this, Why are clubs still putting themselves into financial trouble to exist in a league that is £180 Million in dept maybe the receivers should be looking at the SPL as an entity rather than looking at singular clubs.
