The Accies travel to Airdrie in hope of continuing the run they have had against us, five games unbeaten versus the Diamonds is tomorrow the day to change our fortunes?
Sandy has brought in Kevin Christie from Falkirk a 6ft plus defender who has the ability to push into mid-field if required. Kevin has played With Aberdeen, East Fife and Motherwell and at 27 still has possibly his best days ahead of him. Although Injury pone with Falkirk I'm sure Ian Constable the club Physio will be able to work some magic and keep him on his feet.
Through the week the pitch like everything else was frozen, the grounds man at the stadium chose not to put down the covers because it would only have stuck to the grass and lifted chunks of the turf leaving the pitch bare in places. A pitch inspection is scheduled for tomorrow but it is hoped that as long as it does not freeze again tonight the game should be on. At present the only problem is water lying on the grass.
Winter has for a change been reasonably good to Airdrie and we go into tomorrows game with only slight doubts over Sandy himself and Marvyn Wilson is still suffering from the knock he received against Stenhousemuir.
Hamilton have four doubts Jim Sherry and Steve Convery are definitely out and there will be late fitness tests for Robert Walker and Ciaran Donnely.

Prediction
We need a win, nothing is surer and I think now Hamilton will be favourites for this Derby fixture having won 3 and drawn 2. I can't see us loosing but then again I never can so a 2-1 win for the Diamonds.
