After returning from holidays have finally decided that their future lies with Airdrie United. An E-mail from Veronica macGregor passed on the following information.

The club has confirmed that Alan Gow and Scott Wilson have re-signed with Airdrie United on full time contracts.  Unfortunately personal committments mean that Paul Armstrong cannot re-sign, but the club would like to thank him and wish him well for the future.  No further news of signings will be made over the next few weeks.

Jim and Sandy visited Linfield and Crusader football clubs last week.  Admission prices for both games will be £5 for adults and £3 for children.  As already intimated, Crusaders have very kindly offered to lay on hospitality for us after the game on Saturday, sandwiches, karaoke, band or whatever in their large social club.  We therefore need to know how many Airdrie fans intend to travel to the game, so can we please do this via the Stomp or by e-mail to myself. Directions to both grounds, avoiding any problem areas, are available from me and will be posted on the Stomp prior to departure.
