we have all seen it before, a club that looks to be in free fall, get rid of their manager, bring in someone new and they win their first match! Well lets hope we can knock that theory on the head when we travel north to take on Dundee. Are you going? Some people still refuse to watch matches in the Tayside region but tomorrow may just be a game you don't want to miss!
Saturdays match may simply come down to a a settled squad vs an injury riddled squad with a new manager, could it be that simple?
Kenny Black (with his shiny new contract) has only one injury doubt, Paul Lovering. Paul who has a suspected broken foot may step aside for Matt Hazely who has slowly been geting back to full fitness after a back injury.
The only other minor doubt could be Stepehen MacDougall, as a new father, do you get "Paternity Leave" as a footballer, Kenny may not take the chance on him being fully focussed.
Jocky Scott will have to patch a team togther Colin Cameron, Jim Lauchlan, Darren Young, Gary MacKenzie and Colin McMenamin are all long term injury doubts.
So what will it be? Will Airdrie finally be able to dominate a match against a team below us in the league? Or will new manager syndrome kick in and Dundee will get a home win?
