Our fourth match of season 2006/2007 sees us up against South Lanarkshire neighbours Hamilton Accies. Last season we only managed three draws and a loss against Hamilton can we go one better this time around?

As expected Sandy Stewart has some problems to face coming up to tomorrows match, the tough game in the CIS Cup on Tuesday has led to a few of our players struggling for fitness. Graeme Holmes and Marc Smyth were both substituted due to injuries on Tuesday night.

Stephen Robertson had an inspired game on Tuesday night and I'm sure we all hope he brings that form in to the league.

Sandy has spoken to other managers concerning who is available for loan, just in case we have any serious injury problems.

Playing Hamilton at home tomorrow, Sandy his sending the team out to play it like a cup game in a hope we can insure our first three points of the season.

Former Portsmouth player Harry Donaghey has been released from his contract, Donaghey who was given a trial and then signed by Billy Reid has been allowed to return south for personal reasons.

Some good news for Airdrie is David McEwan will be missing from tomorrows game he has picked up a knee injury and Raymond Jellema will replace him.

Richard Offiong will also be given a late fitness test before tomorrows match.
