The all-singing, drum-beating Bayview fans were served up a treat as their table-topping heroes demolished Elgin City 5-0 at Bayview today. Top-scorer Kenny Deuchar scored four in a game which was as easy as the scoreline suggests.... East Fife had enough chances to make it 7 or 8-0 today - hitting the woodwork and coming close on several occassions.

In this, the club's centenery year, the side took to the pitch in their traditional white shorts and really looked the part as they breezed past the Highlanders.

Barry McLean opened for the Fifers in the 5th minute with the goal of the game, breaking free and slamming the ball high into the net in empahtic style.

Kenny Deuchar added three more to the tally before half time - one of which came from a spot kick (pictured above)

The big striker scored East Fife's last, and his 4th, in the 74th minute. The second half saw East Fife create several chances.
