Manchester United face Danish side Midtjylland in the last 32 of the Europa League. The games will be played on Thursday, 18 February, with the return ties a week later. United have never won the Europa League or it's earlier versions (the Fairs Cup / UEFA Cup) so 2016 would be an ideal time to put that record straight. With Liverpool and Spurs still in the competition along with Gary Neville's Valencia there is plenty of quality in the competition. So it is a return to Thursday night football in February for the red devils.

Speaking about the draw Midtjylland chairman Rasmus Ankersen said: "We have already beaten one English team so we are not afraid. We are a small club with a small budget and we know we can't outspend them so we have to out-think them and, so far, this way has worked for us in the Europa League. We know we have a chance and we will take up the challenge. If we can beat Southampton we can beat Manchester United and the players will feel that and believe it." 

The first meeting will be away at FC Midtjylland's MCH Arena in Herning on Thursday 18 February 2016 (kick-off 18:00 UK time), with the return game scheduled for a week later at Old Trafford on Thursday 25 February 2016 (kick-off 20:05 UK time).
