Young American Striker Jozy Altidore Believes is move to Hull will be a great experience for him and he feels his game is more suited to the English style of play then it is to the Spanish game. Jozy has signed on loan for the whole of the 2009/10 season.
"It's going to be a great experience for me. "I'm very excited at the opportunity to play for a good up-and-coming club in one of the best leagues in the world. "A
lot of people tell me you see it and you think you can jump right in
it, but it takes a little bit of getting used to. That's probably the
biggest challenge for me, trying to get acclimatised as soon as
possible with my team-mates and the Premier League as a whole, as
there's not a lot of time until the first match.
Although he didn't play much football in Spain he feels his time Spent with Villarreal he learnt alot.
"I learned a lot there, as a player. I grew a lot as a player. Now it's just a matter of getting games.
"I think here it suits me a little bit better in terms of culture and style of play. But at the same time it's going to be just as difficult, if not more difficult. The games are a little bit quicker and the defenders a little stronger, but at the same time it's going to make you a better player and I'm ready for the challenge."
