It a break from the League this weekend as Hull entertain Newcastle at the KC stadium . Hull will be hoping for better run on luck in the Cups as their current league form isn't great. hull we're knocked out in the third round last year, losing 3-2 to Plymouth . Newcastle made it to the 5th round last season before losing 3-0 to Arsenal.

Hull
Craig fagan is expected to start after over 3 months out injured, Andy Dawson , Anthony Gardner and Caleb Folan  are all still injured.
Brown is expected to make several changes to the side that lost against Aston Villa.

Newcastle
Joe Kinnear will field the strongest possible 11. Although Oba Martins, Habib Beye ,Mark Viduka,Claudio Cacapa , Joey Barton and Alan Smith are all still out.

"We've got a lot of key players missing but I'll be sending out my strongest possible side at Hull," said Kinnear.

"This is a big game for us and it's a competition which I love to be involved in.

"Maybe we should be keeping one eye on West Ham in the league next week but that's not the message I will be giving my players.

"We'll be going out very attacking minded and looking to get the win."

All competitions

Hull have already played Newcastle at St James' Park in the Premier League this season. Marlon King scored in each half as the Tigers won 1-2 on 13 September. Xisco got a late consolation for the Magpies.

FA Cup

This is the sixth time these clubs have been drawn together in the FA Cup. Newcastle lead 4-1, and are chasing a hat-trick of victories.
