There are reports out today that say Everton have mocked Manchester City’s offer of £15 million for defender Joleon Lescott and if they are serious about getting the player it will cost the big spenders more like £30 million.
Of course there is the chance that the player himself may put in a transfer request and some sources are reporting that is just what Lescott has done.
It does look certain that City boss Mark Hughes will come back with a new, improved offer for the player but whether he will go to the full £30 million remains to be seen.
But the Blues boss David Moyes is insisting that none of his players are for sale and that includes the England international defender.
GHow many players do City think they can field in a game? Hughes would be better off tryng to get a balanced side out than hoovering up everyone else's talent and then playing them in the reserves
Every player has their price and id be surprised if we still have Galactico when the season starts. he'll either be at City or real Madrid but we'll be a lot richer
