Jonatan Johanson became the addick's highest capped international on Tuesday night when his Finland side took on Cyprus. He celebrated the record by getting on the scoresheet in the match earning his side a 2-1 victory. It was his 34th international cap which has now nicked the record off of the addicks old center midfield player Mark Kinsella. JJ made his first international appearance after becoming and Addick in the year 2000 after his 3.75 million pound move from Glasgow Rangers to The Valley.

Johanson broke the Irish international Mark Kinsella's record who played 33 games for his beloved country during his time at Charlton.

Johanson put Finland ahead in the 31st minute with his 10th goal for his country which helped the Fins to reach the final of the Cyprus International Tournament. This is a friendly tournament being played between four teams and Finland will face the hosts in the final.
