Charlton were drawn at home to Leicester City in the F.A Cup 5th round draw. Charlton made it to the 5th round with an extremley nervous 3-2 win over League Two outfit Yeovil Town at The Valley last weekend. Alan Curbishley is said to be pleased that his addicks side failed to be drawn against another Premiership team. Its the third consecutive time this year in the F.A Cup that Charlton have been drawn at home against lower league sides.

With memories of Millwalls cup run last year after being drawn at home in every single round and not playin Premiership opponents untill the final could this be the year charlton bring back the memories of their F.A Cup triumpth in 1947?

Only time will tell and after Charlton were drawn against Rochdale in the thrid round at home just like in 1947 many see this as a good sign. Lets hope this turns into reality and Charlton go all the way this year!
