Prediction League Wk 9 Round Up - Albion Rovers 1-3 Airdrie

Airdrie go four games unbeaten in the Ladbrokes SPFL after beating Albion Rovers on the road 3-1. Airdrie's goals came from Taylor-Morgan, an OG Michael Dunlop and then David Cox sealed it for the Diamonds. After the restart Albion Rovers got what turned out to be a consolation goal from Darren Young. 

It's always good for the fans when your team wins a local Derby and in front of what seems to have been a bumper crowd. Estimates of 600 plus travelling Airdrie fans shows that things could be moving in a direction the fans are hoping for and yesterdays result will hopefully go a long way to bringing some fans back. Here's a question for you are thier any Airdrie fans who were there yesterday who won't be at the Ayr game next week and if there are why would you support the Rovers financially and not your own team?

Anyway a great Derby win and great once again to see Cox getting the goals his hard work has deserved.

The mysterious Man in Black has extended his lead at the top of the prediction league to two points as Pesadilla drops to fourth. Weigh Cider and Glenmavis Diamond have stepped in to second and third.
