goals from gray(2) and clark in the last 20 minutes saw airdrie bounce back with a deserved win over the joint leaders at airdrie sports centre.

the first half saw tynecastle on the ascendency as airdrie struggled to get into the game but gradually the home side gained some momentum and the last 15 saw airdrie have the better of the play

second half saw airdrie on top for the best part and chances were missed by pardoe and gray.airdrie took the lead with 20 to go.a good shot from clark from 25 yards wasn,t held by the keeper and gray followed up to hammer home the rebound.2 minutes later tynecastle were awarded a penalty when stewart was adjudged to have fouled inside the area but stevenson hit a poor penalty that went well wide.the leaders paid the penalty a minute later when a good move saw gray in on goal to round the keeper and stroke the ball into the net.with 5 to go clark scrambled in the third from 6 yards to finish the game off.

airdrie bounced back well especially the second half to inflict a second defeat on the tynecastle men this season.tynecastle will be happy to see the back of gray and clark as that is 7 goals they have scored against them in the 2 games.for me gray was m.o.m but good displays from a number of guys and a good team effort that saw airdrie rebound from last weeks disappointment
