Hull midfielder George Boateng thinks Hull have made "Top signings". "We donīt have players who donīt want to be here and we have also brought in Kevin Kilbane from Wigan and Manucho from Manchester United.
Kevin is a utility player who can play anywhere on the left-hand side. He is a winner and he has also lots of experience which you will need when it gets tougher later on."
"Manucho is a young and talented striker and he is very hungry to play.
Maybe he will be the player to score the goals for us, just like
Fraizer Campbell did last season. Manucho is very tall and he can hold
the ball up well and if you come from Manchester United it means that
you have a very good education and you can play good football.
Our
manager has been brilliant and, together with his staff, he is working
hard to bring more players in. So far the guys they have brought in are
excellent and I hope they will make the difference to our season.
Sometimes
when you get a new player it motivates the others to try even harder
and that can have a positive result in and around the club.
I am
on my way back now from my injury and I am hopeful that I will be back
soon and fresh to help the team to survive in the Premiership.
I will keep you up to date with my rehab and I will support Hull City in spirit.
COME ON TIGERS!!!!!"
