Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has been landed with a 3-match ban by the Football Association after confessing to violent conduction in United's game with Middlesbrough in February. The England international confessed to pushing Boro's Doriva and video evidence later confirmed the event. Hobbs in Trouble

Scholes Landed With 3-Match Ban 
Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has been landed with a 3-match ban by the Football Association after confessing to violent conduction in United's fixture with Middlesbrough in February.

The England international confessed to pushing Boro's Doriva on February 11th and video evidence later confirmed that he used violent conduct. Consequently, he will  miss United's next three Premiership fixtures against Charlton, Liverpool and Blackburn. 

Referee Paul Durkin apparently missed the unpleasant incident and therefore took no action but justice was served for Doriva and Steve McClaren's outfit.

Before the hearing took place, Sir Alex Ferguson slammed the FA by claiming that his Red Devils were always treated unfairly and expected a harsh punishment for Scholes.

"We expect Paul to have a difficult hearing. Put it this way, I don't think he will get the same hearing as other players get." said the Scotsman.
