Doncaster Rovers are currently about to commence training for new safety stewards to work at Belle Vue for the coming seasons. The club were awarded the Football Safety qualification for training earlier this year by the Football Association, and over 30 stewards have already been awarded individual certificates by the Association

Stewards are also being currently trained to achieve the City and Guilds Certificate (NVQ) in Crowd Control. The club are hoping that by the time the new stadium is complete, to have a squad of fully trained up and qualified stewards, and to this end, Rovers urgently require new members. Any person, male or female aged between 18 and 55 years are invited to apply to the Football Club to become a safety steward. Please contact the club for an application form to be forwarded or alternatively call in the club and pick up a form.

Doncaster Rovers stewards are from a cross section of the community, all ages and occupations, and any new recruit will be made most welcome by the club.
