Stephen Craigan picked up his 54th cap for Northern Ireland against Slovenia tonight but looked to have picked up an injury
The Well skipper was given a recall after missing out on Friday night with the Northern Ireland squad being hit by injuries.
Craggs was doing his normal job at the back for the Irish when he took a kick to hip or the ribs about the hour mark. It looked as though he would be forced to be replaced.
Being made of stronger stuff than that he played on and helped his side to a 0-0 draw, this leaves them in touch with second place.
Maybe it would have been better from our point of view if he had been replaced.
The only thing we need to worry about is the reaction to the injury tomorrow when he has to fly home and prepare for the Cup Quarter Final replay.
Meanwhile Darren Randolph was left sitting on the bench for the Republic of Ireland during their friendly defeat to Uruguay, hopefully he will be okay for tomorrow night!
