After the defeat to Celtic on Tuesday the club have announced the re-signing of Keith Lasley and Stephen Craigan.

After losing tamely to Celtic at Celtic Park on Tuesday, thanks to two goals by Josh Thomson from corners the club were quick to cheer the fans by the announcement of two players signing up for longer contracts.

Craig Brown has signed up Keith Lasley for an addtional two years and Stephen Criagan for another year. This shows Brown appreciates the spine of his side needs some experience, having already signing up Steven Hammell for a longer spell.

Brown now has the taks of signing up some of the other players who are out of contract, guys like Steven Jennings, Giles Coke and Tom Hateley are out of contract along with Jim O'Brien.

If the manager can manage this we have a decent base for next season, if he can add one or two to replace Ruddy and Jutkiewicz, and another top six finish cane be aimed for next season.
