Motherwell boss Mark McGhee took in tonight's Albion Rovers and Dumbarton game, with Ross Forbes in action for the Sons.
McGhee attended the game with his assistant Scott Leitch as the management team ran the rule over loanee Ross Forbes in action for Dumbarton against Albion Rovers.
Sadly for young Forbes the game tended to pass him by a little as the play raged from end to end. In the 63rd minute his frustration boiled over and he was shown a yellow card for a late challenge.
He was then substituted with thirteen minutes left, which allowed McGhee and Leitch to leave before another loanee, Mark Archdeacon made a a five minute appearance for the Rovers.
Forbes has been in decent form in recent weeks for the Sons winning a number of Man of the Match awards, voted both by the fans and the sponsors.
Also in the Dumbarton squad was Irishman Paul Keegan, but the big striker is injured at the moment and wasn't inlcuded in the match day squad.
