A look ahead to tomorrows early live game at Goodison..

Both of these teams go into this one 1st and 2nd in the leagues form table,so it looks like it will be enthralling contest.

There has been a lot of talk on Wayne Rooney in the last few weeks,with him saying how much he loves the blues and how his young lad has got a kit already,and Moyesie has come out today and said Rooney apoligised last year after he had a rant at Davey in his book.

Me personally,i think that Wayne has matured now and he probably regrets some of the things he done in past games against Utd and i think he still loves the Blues,like we all say once Everton has touched ya,it never leaves ya,i think we all should forget what happened and give the lad a break,i mean lets face it,we wouldnt be were we are now if it was'nt for the money we got off him,it'll be interesting to see how he reacts tomorrow if he does score against us,lets hope he doesnt let himself down again hey!!!

Tim Cahill will miss the Premier League clash with Manchester United due to a calf strain.

The Australian limped off the field in the 2-1 win over Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday and David Moyes says he will be sidelined for a fortnight.

"Tim will be out for two to three weeks because he has got a calf strain," Moyes said in his pre-match press briefing.

"It is a grade one, it is not serious but I would be very surprised if he could make any of the games in this coming week."

The Blues are also without Marouane Fellaini after a scan confirmed he had a serious ankle problem. The Belgian will miss the rest of the season following surgery.

Phil Jagielka and Victor Anichebe are also ruled out, while Philippe Senderos is a major doubt for the clash at Goodison as the defender recovers from a back injury.

"Philippe is getting better but I am not sure yet if he will make the United game," said Moyes.

"This game may have come too soon for him."

The Everton manager has John Heitinga available for selection for the visit of United after the Dutchman missed Tuesday's Europa League match due to ineligibility.
