Everton manager David Moyes doesn’t seem to be letting this one go, maybe if he repeats it enough times then people will start to listen?
But Moyes has repeated his stance that Everton don’t have to sell anyone and nobody will be allowed to leave over the summer as Manchester City keep hovering around Joleon Lescott like flies around you know what.
The 26-year-old England defender has had two bids made for his services my Citeh, both have been turned down and a transfer request made by the player himself has been turned down also.
Moyes told the club's official website: "I have always said that we are not selling any players and that hasn't changed.
"We will continue to work with him as we appreciate his many qualities as a player.
"I have said all along that I have no intention of selling my best players. Joleon is simply not for sale."
Lescott is under contract with the Toffees until the summer of 2012.
