Everton are reportedly chasing Villarreal striker Jozy Altidore according to the Daily Mail.
The 19-year-old American international is also a target of Fulham, Burnley and Hull City, all of whom were probably alerted to the player for his performances in the Confederations Cup last month.
Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has seen the player on a few occasions now and if he puts a bid in, Fulham are said to be favourites to land the player.
Today a club official from Villarreal told Sky Sports News: “It is still not decided where Altidore will go.
“We have some propositions and it is possible something will be decided by the end of the week.”
It would seem the La Liga club are keen to keep the player, and may favour another loan deal.
