Could Darren Bent's World Cup dream be over? I hope not as he's worked very hard and had an outstanding season but this weekend's press reports have said that Bent has missed this weekend's training sessions with a hamstring problem.

This hamstring problem could rule him out of tonight's game against Mexico in the capital's most famous stadium, Wembley.

If he doesn't play tonight, and do well, I can't see him getting on that plane to South Africa due to Fabio Capello's must be in form and fit legislation - though the inclusion of Defoe, Gerrard and Heskey suggest that Capello's standards are slipping as we close in on the World Cup Finals.

Ha'way Darren, get yourself fit, get a couple of goals and get yourself on that plane!
