'Bent out of shape' - no not in the fitness department - but in the annoyed, frustrated way. The Tottenham Hotspur player, not for too much longer, targeted by Sunderland has hit out at his club after the way his Manager and Chairman have messed about with his tranfer to the North East.

Bent has been waiting for the move to the north east since he was pulled off his team's flight to China on monday.

Bent has been posting and venting his frustrations on the social networking site 'Twitter'.

Here is what he 'twitted':

'Do I wanna go Hull City NO. Do I wanna go Stoke NO do I wanna go sunderland YES so stop f***ing around levy,' a post said.

He also allegedly tweeted: 'Seriously getting p***ed off now' and 'Why can't anything be simple. Its so frustrating hanging round doing jack s**t. Sunderland are not the problem in the slightest.'

It is thought that Levy, the Spurs Chairman, is holding out for more cash, trying to recuperate all of the money he paid out to Charlton for Bent.

The 'tweet' has been described as a 'venemous verbal attack' on his current club and chairman .

Redknapp, pictured left, who hijacked Sunderland's talks with Peter Crouch is trying to table a bid for Huntelaar but needs the money from the Bent sale to make that bid.

On abrighter note, Kenwyne Jones has reiterated that he does not want to leave Sunderland, after Redknapp somehow got a way with trying to unsettle Jones in the January transfer window.

I don't know how the FA don't see how he is 'tapping up' players, but I guess they must let him off because he's a 'lovable, cockney geezer'.
