ASTON VILLA vs CHELSEA - MATCH PREVIEW

Aston Villa travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday with the hope of becoming the first team to defeat Chelsea this season. Aston Villa face a tough task though as the current Premiership Champions have won all of their games so far this season without even conceding a goal. Aston Villa team news: David O'Leary must wait before deciding whether Milan Baros is fit enough to start the match against Chelsea. Baros suffered an achilles tendon injury against Wycombe in midweek so Luke Moore is on standby to replace him. Fellow striker Kevin Phillips will definately miss out due to a calf injury so Juan Pablo Angel will lead the front line. Wilfred Bouma is expected to replace Samuel at left back while Olof Mellberg returns to the starting line after being rested for the Carling Cup game.

Chelsea team news: Jose Mourinho is expected to start with Shaun Wright-Phillips on the wing so Damien Duff or Arjen Robben will be rested. Hernan Crespo is expected to start upfront which means Drogba will only have a place on the bench. Gallas is expected to deputise for the injured Del Horno at left back and Eider Gudjohnsen is back in contention after recovering from illness.

History of this fixture: Aston Villa have played Chelsea a total of 128 times with The Villans winning 53 of the games. Chelsea have been victorious on 47 occasions with 28 of the meetings ending in a draw. Both matches last season were close affairs with Chelsea beating Villa 1-0 at Stamford Bridge and Villa earning a respectable 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture.

Match betting: Aston Villa win - 11/1
Chelsea win - 1/6
Draw - 9/2
