Liverpool have been given to Monday to decide if they want to move the vital game with Blackburn that could decide the title. Read On for more. The Anfield Club have been told that they have until Monday to get the Fixture with Blackburn changed.

Liverpool's request was to have the fixture from Sunday May 5th moved to Wednesday, May 8 - the same night as Man U vs Arsenal.

The Premier League have given the Green light for this fixture change to go ahead.

Blackburn will only be to happy to change if they are no in any danger of going down, so the outcomes of this weekends games at the bottom of the league will decide if it will be changed or not, the reds await....

If Greame Souness's Blackburn side beat our neighbours Everton then they will be safe and then will agree to the fixture change.

Liverpool Chief Executive Rick Parry who is invloved in the discussions over the switch with police and the Ewood park officials.

He said: "We are all a little on tenterhooks now waiting for the weekend results.

"Blackburn say they are happy to have the game moved but only if they are clear of relegation and are safe."

Everything is all down to the Ipswich and Man U game- if Ipswich lose then Blackburn are safe no matter what the scores are elsewhere.
