Lewis aiming for play-off return

Influential winger Eddie Lewis is reportedly making good progress after his emergency appendix operation.

The club are hopefull that Eddie can still play a part in Prestons play-off games.

Billy Davies said:

"Eddie Lewis is on the mend, he's been down annoying us at the training ground and giving the players a bit of stick. He's been walking around which is good and it's just a race against time for him so we've got our fingers crossed.

"It won't be as long as Callum so there may be a possibility that Eddie could be available for us at some point."
