Motherwell head to Livingston this Saturday on the back of a fine 5 - 3 win over Dundee.

They will face a club on a downer after going into administration and losing 5 - 2 to Partick Thistle, all in one week !!! But when a club needs a lucky break they must be glad when they see the name Motherwell next on the fixture list.


But it isn't all bad news for the hosts, they have a good record against Motherwell since their formation, winning 6, drawing 2 and only losing once plus the Steelmen have never won at Almondvale.


Livi are still in turmoil though, Stuart Lovell, Marvin Andrews, Alan Main, Emmanuel Dorado, Rubio and Fernando Pasquinelli were all offered reduced terms by the administrator adding a bit of unrest in the home camp.

Motherwell manager Terry Butcher was still pleased with Wednesday's 5 - 3 win over Dundee but hopes to add to Livi's misery, he told the official site, " It will be an emotional day for Livingston after what has gone on there and a big crowd but we have to go there and win the points. "


Steven Craig and David Partridge are back in training but will miss the match alongside Scott Leitch and David Cowan.
