Keith Lasley feels Motherwell are good enough for a top 6 finish despite the poor run which has saw the side win only 2 matches from the last 11 games. Speaking about Saturday's defeat at East End Park he told the Evening Times " We had a great chance early on when Alex Burns was through but Derek Stillie saved and the game seemed a certain stalemate. "


" Dunfermline are always tough at East End Park but I felt we matched them most of the game. "


But the midfielder reckons Motherwell can still finish in the top half of the table.


He added " Now we need a win against Aberdeen on Saturday and stop the rot. There is nothing in it between us and Hibs and the top six is still very achievable. "
