After Tuesday's 2 - 1 win over Airdrie 93 % of Motherwell fans are tipping their side to complete a Lanrkshire double by defeating local rivals Hamilton on Saturday.

Motherwell manager Terry Butcher takes his side to New Douglas Park on Saturday to face Hamilton in the first official pre season match. The players will still be short of match fitness but are still fancied to turn over their Lanarkshire rivals. New signings Gordon Marshall, Alex Burns and Steven Craigan all played against the Diamonds and will be hoping to impress their new boss on Saturday.


In our recent poll 93 % feel Motherwell will be too strong for the Accies and only 5 % are tipping a home win. Only 2 % feel the match will end all square.
