If Motherwell are successful in their bid to play SPL football next season then they will kick off the new campaign against Dundee at Fir Park.

It would be our first home match on the first day of the season since we played Dundee 3 years ago when the ' Dee ' won 2 - 0 to give their new manager Ivano Bonnetti an opening win.



The Falkirk saga should be concluded next Wednesday night explains SFA Chief Executive David Taylor who told the BBC " This was a full preliminary hearing in front of Lord McLean and two other members of the committee set up to hear this appeal.



" The date for the full hearing at which the final decision will be made will be next Wednesday evening, 25 June. "



" All parties accepted the jurisdiction of the SFA to deal with the matter including Motherwell FC who, at the discretion of the committee, will be entitled to appear as a party to the appeal. "
