Former Players from Motherwell who were released from their contracts last season when the club went into administration won their appeal and will now have to be paid compensation. Motherwell's administration victims Mark Brown, Andy Dow, Eddie Forrest, Karl Ready, Greg Strong, Kevin Twaddle, Roberto Martinez, Stephen Cosgrove and Brian MacDonald will now have to be paid compensation.

Motherwell will have to pay out the rest of their contracts as they appealed for compensation.

Bryan Jackson said they will most likely get paid compensation when the club finds itself a new buyer.
