Preston North End manager Craig Brown has now had a second cheeky bid for Faddy turned down. Motherwell have turned Preston's second bid down which was thought to be £500,000. The Lancashire club's £250,000 bid was rejected earlier in the season, Craig has injury worries including ex Hearts man Ricardo Fuller out till the end of the season and is looking for a cheap replacement but thankfully he won't get it here !




Faddy's list of admirers grew on Thursday when Everton manager took in the Partick Thistle match only to see our top scorer unfairly being sent off early on. However my sources say McFadden WILL be going to Celtic.


Thursday's sending off now means he'll sit out the next four matches after crashing through the points barrier and with the winter break taking affect, Faddy will not be seen in a Well jersey till the 1st of March when we travel to Hearts.
