Denmark pre season dates added

City have today announced replacement pre season games for the cancelled mini tour of Ireland. They will compete in a round robin tournament followed by a further one off game, all of which will be in Denmark.

City have today announced replacement fixtures for the cancelled mini tour of Ireland at the end of July. The clubs official website have released details of the revised itinerary.

Instead of travelling to Ireland, the blues will now travel to Denmark. First up they will compete in a three game mini tournament on 24th July. The other two teams involved have been named as FC Aarhus and Silkeburg. All games will be just 45 minutes long meaning the tournament will be decided on the night.

Two days later, City will finish the tour with a game against HFK Sonderjylland.

The full, revised pre season itinerary is now as follows.

24/07/02 - FC Aarhus and Slikeburg
26/07/02 – HFK Sonderjylland
30/07/02 – Preston North End
31/07/02 – Bury
03/08/02 – Hamburg SV
05/08/02 – Rochdale
06/08/02 – Tranmere Rovers
