Doncaster Rovers have transfer listed midfielders Francis Tierney and John McGrath.
McGrath has been on loan at Shrewsbury Town for 2 months and him and Tierney have been informed they are no longer needed by manager, Dave Penney
Penny said:
"Since we came back into the league, he's (Tierney) never had a run in the side because of his injuries.”
"Both he and John want to play regular football and they haven't had the opportunity to do that.”
"It's one of the consequences of having a big squad, you can't keep everyone happy and it's a case of leaving places for other players."
