Youth Team loses to Blackpool

Terry Pashley's Youth team suffered a defeat on Saturday as they lost to Blackpool 3-0 in the Youth Alliance. Pashley was unsurprisingly disappointed. Read:

Youth Team suffer defeat

 Burnley's Youth team suffered their second consecutive defeat on Saturday as they slumped to a 3-0 defeat at Blackpool.

Youth Team Coach Terry Pashley said: "It was a similar game to the Oldham one...we are giving bad goals away that teams don't have to work for and that's why we are struggling."

The team for the match was as follows and we can only wish them the best in ending their losing sequence:

Burnley: Mark Crossley,  Ross Preston, Rob Henry, David Avery, Gary Carter, Ryan Townsend, Danny Pitman, Joe Booth, Alex Taylor, Rhys Carpenter, Marc Pugh.

Subs: Tom Ince, Michael Hale, Kayne Hanley, Nicky Platt, James Heywood.
