Lancashire Pre-Season Friendlies Confirmed

Burnley will face three Lancashire neighbours in pre-season friendles in July, following their return from Austria and in preparation for the Premier League season.

The Store First Stadium is Burnley’s first port of call on Saturday, July 26 (3pm KO), when the Clarets take on League Two side Accrington Stanley.

I think its great, that a Premier League club is willing to play their local Minnows such as Preston and Blackpool. It could be a real money spinner for them!(Sm100)

Excellent planning, visits to our chums at Preston and Blackpool, let them have a glimpse of a superior football team, and us fans can really rub their noses in it, before reality hits us smack between the eyes when the PL season starts.
