Strevens wants transfer

Barnet striker and longest-serving player Ben Strevens has requested to be put on the transfer list with "mixed feelings".

Strevens and the players reported back for pre-season training at potters bar today and strevens said that although he is happy at the Bees he would like to see if there were any interest from the football league.

However, Strevens is said to have told the clubs PR consultant Dennis Signy that he was still fully commited to helping Barnet fulfil there ambitions.

Strevens is a fans favourite at the bees netting 35 goals in 107 games (24 as a substitute) after signing form Wingate and Finchley six years ago.
