Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is tracking the progress of highly rated Barnet youngster Ismail Yakubu. Yakubu, only 19 has attracted interest from many clubs and arsenal are set to be monitoring his progress over the coming months. Yakubu, an England Non-league international privately trained with the gunners for a few days last season in an arrangement between Ex bees boss Martin Allen and Arsenal youth coach Liam Brady.

Yakubu has already "guested" for the gunnners in a 7 a-side tournament in Hong Kong this close season and Wenger will be able to see the potential of Ismail first hand when the gunners play the bees in a pre-season frinedly on July 17th.

Yakubu, a bees player since the age of 11 and made his first team debut at the tender age of 16 has already trained at West ham utd and Manchester City and would find a move to the premiership very hard to resist.
