Steven Pressley is rated very doubtful for the game after suffering an ankle knock in Scotland's Euro 2004 qualifying defeat by Lithuania.

Stephane Mahe is also struggling with an ankle injury but could be fit.

United are definitely without Billy Dodds (Achilles), Derek Lilley (hamstring) and Mark Wilson (broken nose).

Charlie Miller may play up front.
