Former Millwall striker Moses Ashikodi (in the record books as the youngest player ever to be appear for the Lions) has been offered the chance to rekindle his career with West Ham United by Alan Pardew. When Moses first played for Millwall aged 15 years and 240 days against Brighton on 22nd February 2003 a bright future was predicted for this energetic and physically powerful player.

Fast forward on and the England youth international was being released by Millwall after allegedly threatening team-mate Mark McCammon with a knife.

But Hammers boss Alan Pardew has handed Moses a second chance by offering him a two-year deal.

Pardew said: "Moses is getting a last chance with us. He is a major talent and, hopefully, he will have learned his lesson."
