Charlton set to move for Vicenza winger

By Italian Football
December 13 2004

A January move to the Premiership could very well be on the cards for Vicenza winger Massimo Bonanni. He has been impressing in game after game this season and was widely tipped to make a move to Serie A, during the transfer window. But now it looks like he will indeed move, but it will be to Charlton rather than Serie A, he is currently half owned by Roma, who are open to cash from any direction. Vicenza have already resigned themselves to the loss of the talented winger.

Most of the Italian press are undecided about where he would go but Corrie Della Sera think that there is a strong possibility of a move to the premiership.

Wherever he goes, they are getting a fine player.
