| Manager Denis Smith insisted he was happy to come away with a point after Wrexham's goalless home draw with Stockport County. "They are a much improved side, even from when we played then on Boxing Day. Sammy McIlroy has brought in some good players," said Smith. "I spent much of the week trying to tell people that this was going to be a much bigger test than many thought. "Their two centre-halves didn't play against us six weeks ago and they both had good games," Smith added.
