Spanish club Espanyol have claimed that they have agreed terms with Coventry keeper Magnus Hedman despite the fact that the two clubs have yet to agree on a fee for Hedman. Just last week Coventry laughed off Espanyol's bid as 'derisory'.
Now it seems that Coventry will have to go back and negotiate a fee for the Sweede.
An Espanyol spokesperson told of the story to Sportbladet.
"No papers have been signed, but Espanyol have accepted the demands of Hedman and he is pleased.
"The club is also pleased to have tempted the keeper to Barcelona.
"Thats the only hitch in the transfer but everyone believes the deal will be completed in the coming days".
