King picked up the original injury in January's game at Derby which ruled him out for the rest of the season , but now King will need further surgery and looks set to miss the start of next season as well.

The Gills hitman thought after his brush in jail his season would kick off , but within a few months of release he picked up the injury and it's a massive blow to himself and all at The Preistfield.
